Terms of Use

Network Media Pte. Ltd. · Effective 5 June 2026

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Concrete platform and its associated applications, dashboards, and services (the “Platform”), operated by Network Media Pte. Ltd. (“Network”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By signing in to or using the Platform, you (“you” or an “Authorised User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access the Platform.

If you access the Platform on behalf of an interior design firm, contractor, or other organisation (a “Firm”), you represent that you are authorised to bind that Firm, and “you” includes that Firm.

2. Definitions

  • Platform — the Concrete CRM and all related applications, features, and content.
  • Authorised User — a Network team member, or a representative of a partner Firm, to whom Network has granted access.
  • Homeowner Data — personal data of homeowners and prospective customers processed through the Platform (for example, name, contact details, and property and renovation information).
  • PDPA — the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore.

3. Eligibility and Access

Access to the Platform is by invitation and authorisation only. You may access it only if Network has provisioned access for you, and only through the authentication method we provide (Google sign-in). Access is personal to you and tied to your registered email address. You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Your Account and Security

You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account. You must keep your sign-in credentials secure, must not share your account or permit anyone else to use it, and must notify us immediately (Section 17) if you suspect any unauthorised access. We may suspend or revoke access at any time to protect the Platform or the data it holds.

5. Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Platform solely to operate Network’s renovation-matching business, namely:

  • Network team members: to manage leads, distribution, firms, and related operations.
  • Firm Authorised Users: to receive, view, and act on the leads Network distributes to your Firm, and to manage your Firm’s pipeline.

You may use the Platform only for these purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

6. Homeowner Data — Your Obligations

This section applies whenever you access Homeowner Data through the Platform, and is a core condition of your access.

  • Purpose limitation. You may use Homeowner Data only to contact and serve the homeowner in connection with the renovation enquiry for which the data was provided. You must not use it for any other purpose.
  • Independent controller (Firms). Once Network distributes Homeowner Data to your Firm, your Firm is an independent data controller and is responsible for handling that data in compliance with the PDPA, consistent with Network’s privacy policy.
  • No misuse. You must not sell, rent, trade, publish, or disclose Homeowner Data to any third party, except as necessary to serve the homeowner’s renovation enquiry or as required by law.
  • Do Not Call. You must comply with the Do Not Call provisions of the PDPA when contacting homeowners.
  • Security. You must protect Homeowner Data with reasonable security measures and access controls, and must not export or copy it beyond what is necessary for the permitted purpose.
  • Access, correction, deletion. You must honour valid homeowner requests to access, correct, or stop the use of their data, and must delete or return Homeowner Data on Network’s reasonable request or when it is no longer needed for the permitted purpose.
  • Breach notification. You must notify Network without undue delay if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, loss of, or other breach involving Homeowner Data.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not, and must not attempt to:

  • access any data, account, Firm, or part of the Platform you are not authorised to access;
  • circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security, authentication, or access-control feature;
  • scrape, harvest, bulk-export, or systematically extract data from the Platform;
  • copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Platform;
  • introduce malware, or use the Platform to transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
  • share your access, or use automated means to access the Platform, without our written permission; or
  • use the Platform in any way that breaches any law or the rights of any person.

8. Confidentiality

The Platform, its non-public features and functionality, and the data it contains (including Homeowner Data and other Firms’ information) are confidential to Network and the relevant data subjects. You must keep them confidential and must not disclose or use them except as permitted by these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all associated software, design, content, and trademarks are owned by Network or its licensors. These Terms grant you a right of access only, and do not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

10. Availability and Changes to the Platform

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Network disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Network is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any Firm or homeowner, or for the outcome of any renovation engagement arranged through the Platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Network will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform. Network’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) SGD 100, or (b) the total fees, if any, you paid to Network for access to the Platform in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold Network harmless from any claim, loss, or liability (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your handling of Homeowner Data in breach of the PDPA or these Terms.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, including for breach of these Terms, suspected misuse, or where access is no longer required. On termination, your right to access the Platform ends, and the confidentiality, data-handling, and other obligations that by their nature should survive will continue.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
